1. What this covers

This policy describes what happens to information you give us through gembrahealth.com. We sell wholesale ingredients to businesses, so almost everything here concerns business contact details submitted with a quote request.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site:

  • Contact details. Your name, company, work email address, and phone number.
  • Request details. The product you are interested in, estimated volume, timeline, any mesh or density specification, and any notes you add.
  • Your consent. On a quote request, a record that you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted about the enquiry. The contact form does not ask for this, because sending us a message is itself the request to be contacted.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details, government identifiers, or health information. Please do not send them to us through this site.

3. What we do with it

We use your details to answer your enquiry: to prepare a quote, to confirm specifications, and to follow up about that request. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who else sees it

  • Our form processor. Submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service, which handles the message in transit on our behalf.
  • Flatiron Food Factory. Our sister manufacturing company shares ownership with us. Where answering your enquiry requires the plant, for example a custom mesh or density specification, we share the relevant details internally.

We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is a single flag recording your response to the cookie notice. See the Cookie Policy for detail.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful, so that we can pick up a conversation about a specification or a repeat order. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Whatever your location, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@gembrahealth.com and we will respond.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling. We do not engage in any of those three activities. Residents of California and other states with comparable laws have equivalent rights, and we apply the same process to every request rather than asking where you live.

8. Children

This is a wholesale ingredient site intended for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please use your judgment about what you include in a message.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
