1. Website terms and order terms are different things

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern the sale of goods. Any actual order is governed by the quotation, order acknowledgement, and commercial terms we agree with you in writing. Where the two conflict on anything to do with an order, the commercial terms control.

2. Nothing here is an offer

Product descriptions, specifications, minimum order quantities, and lead times on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer to sell and they are not a binding quotation. Pricing and current origin availability come back with a quote against your specific requirement.

3. Specifications and availability change

We describe our processing honestly and in detail because buyers qualify suppliers on it. Even so, specifications, certifications, sourcing origins, and availability change over time. Confirm anything you intend to rely on for a purchasing decision, a label claim, or a regulatory filing with us in writing before you rely on it. A certificate of analysis accompanies the lot you actually receive, and that document, not this website, describes your material.

4. No health or regulatory advice

Gembra Health supplies ingredients to businesses. Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, or regulatory advice, and nothing here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Statements about ingredients are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for the claims you make on your own finished product and for meeting the regulations that apply to it.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access it by automated means at a rate that burdens it, misrepresent who you are when contacting us, or use the quote form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Intellectual property
